Do customers need an app?

No. They can tap with an NFC-enabled smartphone. The Google review link opens in their browser.

Who sets up my card?

Our team activates your card and assigns it to your business. It then appears in your dashboard, where you can view activity, name the card, and choose a location. Contact us if your Google review destination needs to change.

What does the annual plan include?

Your NFC review card, unlimited interactions, the merchant dashboard, and simple analytics. Additional cards are $30 each.

What happens if I cancel?

Your card keeps working through your paid period. After that, it shows a branded inactive page. Reactivate your subscription to use it again.

Are reviews or ratings guaranteed?

No. Customers share their own honest experience on Google. We never filter who can review, or offer incentives. Analytics count interactions, not posted reviews.
